The Dewaters family found Reines RV Center on the internet and traded in their 2010 Jayco Featherllight 17C travel trailer for a larger travel trailer. Besides having more space in their new trailer, they especially love the large bathroom across the front! They are planning trips to North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania and Maryland and will first go camping at Bethpage Campground in Virginia. They said that they had a great experience with Reines RV Center and that having Doug, the general manager, introduce himself to them meant a lot.

As the owners of a 2004 Cougar High Country fifth wheel, Larry and Christine were already familiar with the quality of the Cougar and the enjoyment of traveling with an RV. They traded their 2004 model in on a larger 2010 Cougar fifth wheel because they love the new floorplan! They're looking forward to some great trips to Pennsylvania, New York and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We are pleased that buying their new RV at Reines RV Center was "an easy process and wonderful experience"!

Good morning, Jim,

Again, John and I would like to thank you, for such great service on purchasing our Shadow Cruiser. We were a little nervous about purchasing so far away, but once we arrived, everyone there was so kind and accommodating! It was a sincere pleasure doing business with you all. Doug, Ed, Fred, Marianne, Amy and of course you. This has been a great experience! We will be posting our comments on your website! Thanks again.

Best regards from the happy campers!

Claudia and Jim are now the proud owners of their first motorhome, a beautiful new Tiffin Allegro! They show Border Collies and take their dogs to agility trials and dog shows. This will be a perfect way for them to travel comfortably with their dogs. We wish them great success and enjoyment!

The Smiths had seen Reines RV Center as they drove down Route 66. They came in because they wanted to find a motorhome that was capable of towing a motorcycle trailer and that would be comfortable for their two exotic birds, their poodle and their chihuahua! They traded in a Jayco 5th wheel for their beautiful new Tiffin Allegro Red motorhome. This summer, they will drive their new motorhome to the western U.S. and next year they're traveling to Alaska! They said that they love camping in the national parks. The Smiths said that their experience at the dealership was "very pleasant".

The Ishams had a 2009 Winnebago Adventurer motorhome and decided that they wanted something bigger. Their new Phaeton motorhome is the third motorhome that they've bought at Reines RV Center. They are planning a trip to Pennsylvania in it. We wish them great happiness in their new motorhome!

The Dooleys had been camping in their 2005 Winnebago Adventurer 38 G motorhome for several years when they decided it was time to step up to a diesel pusher model. They have wonderful memories of camping with their two children and can't wait to start traveling in their new Phaeton! Their favorite campsite is Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. They worked with their sales associate, Katie, to order a coach with the right floorplan and interior and exterior colors. It was very exciting when their motorhome was ready and arrived at Reines RV Center! They have been coming to the dealership for years for service on their Winnebago, and have been very satisfied. And they thanked us for making their dream of a beautiful new motorhome a reality!

From: R. Barry Palmer
Subject: Repair of our 1008 Montana during May 2010

Ruth and I purchased our 2008 Montana from Reines RV in early October 2008. Since then I have had a number of accidents with our Montana (all of which were created by me), and I have been very gratified that I could bring them back to your business to get it repaired. For more than one year we have been full-time RVers (we sold our home in Chantilly and hit the road), and we have been well satisfied with the quality of our Montana and the comfort we have experienced while we have been traveling around the United States and Canada.

This last accident, where I tried to drive under a portico in a Fairfield Inn in an Atlanta suburb, was very difficult. We were driving from Florida to northern Virginia.... but thank goodness we could bring our Montana to you folks for professional service and prompt attention.

First and most importantly was the relationship your organization has with the Progressive Insurance Company. When we purchased the RV and subsequently decided to travel full-time on the road, we asked Progressive to assess our entire situation and develop an insurance program that would meet our needs, if the accident we experienced would ever develop. I brought the Montana to you on a Tuesday morning, April 20, 2010. Craig Sulander put us in his professional care immediately. Glenn covered and sealed the hole in the front cap, and he assessed the damage quickly. The next day Robert Leigh with Progressive came out to inspect and assess the damage, and by Friday, April 23, your team was ordering parts.

Your relationship with our insurance carrier Progressive and their confidence in your organization's people and business delivery system was very helpful.

Next it is important to note that you have very good people. I cannot say enough positive things about Craig Sulander and your body guy Glenn. Because we are full-time RVers, we received prompt attention and care. Craig said it would take three weeks to order the parts and one week to repair the damage, and he and Glenn delivered on time and within budget. Within five weeks, from the moment of the accident to totally-repaired Montana, we were on our way to the next stop on our itinerary.

We made the right decisions 1) about where to purchase our RV, and 2) about where to go for repairs and service. The last two years have been very difficult for small businesses around the nation. It is great to know that you postured your company to weather the tough times in your industry and have a great team to carry you into the next decade.

Dan and Cathy are members of the northern Virginia chapter of the Winnebago Itasca Travelers Club, which is sponsored by Reines RV Center. They wanted a larger motorhome and decided to trade in their class C model for a beautiful new Winnebago Adventurer class A motorhome. After picking up their new motorhome, they were on their way to a club outing in Luray, Virginia and were looking forward to showing off their new Winnebago! Their favorite camping site is Letchwowrth State Park in the Finger Lakes area of New York, which is "absolutely beautiful", according to Cathy. Cathy and Dan said that their experience with Reines RV Center was a "perfect 10"!

Barbara and Larry had never owned a recreational vehicle before buying their beautiful new Hurricane motorhome at Reines RV Center! Their number one reason for buying it is to travel to visit their grandchildren in Georgia. They're also planning a cross country trip next summer with their grandchildren! After they had read about Reines RV Center on the internet, they called and spoke to Katie Hamilton, who answered all their questions. They then made the four hour trip to the dealership to purchase their new motorhome. Barbara and Larry described their experience at the dealership as "wonderful! Everyone from start to finish was helpful and patient."
