Chris and Melissa are first time RV buyers. A friend of theirs is a Reines RV Center staff member. Chris is very knowledgeable about diesel engines and knew he wanted a diesel pusher. The Longs chose the top of the line Revolution 42N model for their family. Their girls will each have their own bed. Abby and Grayson were amazed that the tires on their RV are as tall as they are! When Melissa was asked where they were going first, she said EVERYWHERE! Their first trip will be to visit her father who is also an RV'er in Hilton Head and then they'll travel to Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee. Charles and Joyce Troshinsky have been customers of Reines RV Center since we were in our former location in Fairfax, VA . Recently, they brought their 1996 Tioga motorhome in for service and decided, instead, to trade it in on a newer RV! Marie and Chris Fowler of Oakton VA, found us at the RV show in Fredericksburg, VA. The floorplan of the new Four Winds 28A motorhome that we had on display was perfect for them! When they came to our dealership, they found a pre-owned 2007 model of the same motorhome that fit their budget. In early October of 2007, in anticipation of their retirement, Carl and Judy Battenfeld started looking at RVs. They came to Reines RV Center and met with Katie Hamilton, a motor home specialist. Katie helped them narrow their search to find the perfect RV. After discussing how they would use the RV and the options they would need, Carl and Judy decided to purchase a 2008 Tioga SL motorhome. The Battenfelds then made an appointment with Fleetwood to go to the factory to watch their RV as it was being built. From their first visit to their delivery three months later, they credited Reines RV Center for the most enjoyable experience they had in finding their dream RV! Ms. Nettles and Ms. Sailor were looking for a small, lightweight RV to tow behind their Jeep Grand Cherokee. They came to Reines RV Center since they had known us from our previous location in Fairfax, Virginia, They were happy to find exactly what they wanted! They are now the proud owners of a 21 foot 2008 Fun Finder travel trailer with a slideout room. They are looking forward to taking their new trailer on a trip to Alaska! Mr. Caple has been enjoying the recreational vehicle lifestyle for years by borrowing his friends' RVs. Finally he decided that it was time to become an owner himself. His friends recommended Reines RV Center as the only place to go. He is very happy with his purchase. He plans to travel to National Parks and attend NASCAR races with his daughter Julie and her fiancee. Mr. and Mrs. Lohr came to shop at Camping World and noticed that Reines RV Center sells trailers made by Montana. When they returned home they decided to look us up on the internet and saw that we had the 5th wheel model that they wanted. They decided to call Randall Humphrey for an appointment. Randall arranged for them to trade in their 2002 Terry trailer as a surprise for the family. They will use their new Montana 5th wheel for short trips with their children and grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Contreras had purchased their last RV, a 2004 Cougar travel trailer at Reines RV Center. They were extremely happy with the treatment and service they received and recently returned to the dealership to buy a new RV. This time, they wanted a more spacious RV, so they traded in their trailer for a new 35 foot Winnebago motorhome. They "thank everyone at Reines for a very positive experience".
