June 2, 2010 To: Mr. Lindsey S. Reines, President From: R. Barry Palmer Subject: Repair of our 1008 Montana during May 2010 Ruth and I purchased our 2008 Montana from Reines RV in early October 2008. Since then I have had a number of accidents with our Montana (all of which were created by me), and I have been very gratified that I could bring them back to your business to get it repaired. For more than one year we have been full-time RVers (we sold our home in Chantilly and hit the road), and we have been well satisfied with the quality of our Montana and the comfort we have experienced while we have been traveling around the United States and Canada. This last accident, where I tried to drive under a portico in a Fairfield Inn in an Atlanta suburb, was very difficult. We were driving from Florida to northern Virginia.... but thank goodness we could bring our Montana to you folks for professional service and prompt attention. First and most importantly was the relationship your organization has with the Progressive Insurance Company. When we purchased the RV and subsequently decided to travel full-time on the road, we asked Progressive to assess our entire situation and develop an insurance program that would meet our needs, if the accident we experienced would ever develop. I brought the Montana to you on a Tuesday morning, April 20, 2010. Craig Sulander put us in his professional care immediately. Glenn covered and sealed the hole in the front cap, and he assessed the damage quickly. The next day Robert Leigh with Progressive came out to inspect and assess the damage, and by Friday, April 23, your team was ordering parts. Your relationship with our insurance carrier Progressive and their confidence in your organization's people and business delivery system was very helpful. Next it is important to note that you have very good people. I cannot say enough positive things about Craig Sulander and your body guy Glenn. Because we are full-time RVers, we received prompt attention and care. Craig said it would take three weeks to order the parts and one week to repair the damage, and he and Glenn delivered on time and within budget. Within five weeks, from the moment of the accident to totally-repaired Montana, we were on our way to the next stop on our itinerary. We made the right decisions 1) about where to purchase our RV, and 2) about where to go for repairs and service. The last two years have been very difficult for small businesses around the nation. It is great to know that you postured your company to weather the tough times in your industry and have a great team to carry you into the next decade.
R. Barry Palmer

Brian was driving down Interstate route 66 on his way out of Washington, DC, when he saw the Reines RV Center sign. He stopped by and looked at trailers. Jim Camp showed him a new Fun Finder 215 WSK with an outside kitchen that was sold. When another one came in, Jim immediately called Brian and Brian bought it that day! His previous camping had been done in a pop-up trailer, so his new Fun Finder trailer will greatly enhance his RV experiences! His first trip will be to Yogi Bear Campground in Natural Bridge, Virginia.

The Gouldrups drove their truck from their home in North Carolina to Reines RV Center in Virginia because we had the fifth wheel they wanted at a great price! They bought a beautiful new 2010 Springdale fifth wheel, but there was a glitch in hooking it up to their truck. The truck required an uncommon hitch and we had to search the Eastern U.S. to find one! So, our sales manager, Doug Magee, drove the Gouldrups to a hotel, where they spent the night. The next day, their sales associate, Ric Marques, picked the Gouldrups up, paid the hotel bill, and brought them back to Reines RV Center so they could pick up their truck and fifth wheel which were ready to go! It took a little longer than expected, but the Gouldrups were very happy and said that Doug and Ric were "wonderful and very attentive".

He urged her to go to Reines RV Center, even though it's 4 hours from her home, because he knew she would find what she wanted and would be treated well. She came to the dealership and was pleased that "Katie helped me find the exact coach I wanted for what I wanted to pay"! 8/9/12 Dear Lindsey Reines, I would like to bring to your attention that you have an outstanding employee by the name of Craig Sulander. I brought my 2013 Fun Finder Toy Hauler into Reines Service for warranty work. Craig has kept me informed on everything that was being done to my Toy Hauler. Craig is very professional and he actually listened to all of my concerns. It is rare today in this busy world that someone takes the time to listen to their customers and actually follows through with their requests. I feel Craig gave me VIP treatment and made me feel like a valued customer. Craig also seems to always have a positive attitude and he is a good listener. I'd like to commend both his work ethic and Reines for the excellent customer service I have experienced at the Reines Service Department. If making talented technicians like Craig truly available to your customers is an indication of the service I can expect in the future, you can be sure I'll recommend Reines to all of my business associates, friends and family members. Sincerely, Anthony Branceleoni

Linda and Bob came to Reines RV Center on a recommendation from Onan. Their 2005 RoadTrek's Onan generator needed to be serviced. While they were here, they looked at a new Winnebago ERA van camper, and they liked the camper's size and the number of seat belts in it. So, they traded in their RoadTrek for the new Winnebago ERA van camper! One reason they love having an RV is that it gives them a way to take their dog Tess (a Hungarian hunting dog) to hunt trails! Their first trip will be to Michigan. Linda and Bob said that their experience at Reines RV Center was "very positive"! "Katie Hamilton was awesome! Marty was very helpful answering questions. Tony was great showing us the details of the coach. Terry was helpful getting the coach in order. David was very eager to help in the store".
